Boeing orders and deliveries – February 2019

American airframer Boeing closed its second month of the year with five additional orders.

The orders were for one 737 MAX BBJ from a private customer and four 767-300 freighters for an undisclosed customer.

Deliveries

Boeing delivered a total of 49 aircraft in February 2019, with the companies troubled 737 MAX making up half the month’s deliveries.

Family-wise Deliveries

737 family

Boeing delivered 32 737 aircraft in February, again falling short of the monthly production of 52. With the 737 MAX having been grounded expect a drop in the company’s delivery numbers for March.

747 family

The first 747 of the year was a 747-8F delivered to AirBridgeCargo (Volga-Dnepr Group).

767 family

Boeing delivered one 767F to FedEx and three 767-2Cs to the USAF tanker conversion program.

777 family

As in January, the company did not deliver any passenger 777s this month. The single 777 delivery was for a freighter to Lufthansa Cargo.

787 family

Eleven 787’s were delivered in February with 10 being 787-9’s and a single 787-10 delivered to United.
