Regional carrier Air Pegasus completed 100 days of operations yesterday. The airline currently operates to from its hub in Bangalore to Hubli, Trivandrum, Madurai and Kadapa and is planning to begin services to Chennai, Hyderabad, Tuticorin and Pondicherry shortly.

Shyson Thomas, Air Pegasus

“To serve the increasing number of sectors, we intend to lease in three more aircrafts in the next six months taking our fleet size to five. Apart from being a lean and mean model airline, we have been also been able to attract aircraft at an attractive lease rate and hence have been able to pass on the benefit to our passenger.

Moreover, South Indian states are also at the forefront of leading India’s economic revival and we are playing our participatory role in the same as well as deriving our share of benefits from the same”
