Through the lens: Delhi after dark – part 2

Continuing from Part – 1 in this series, first up we have A6-EGE, a three year old Boeing 777-300ER of Emirates. It is powered by two General Electric GE90-115B engines. It is seen here bearing a special decal for the ongoing world cup in Brazil.

Next up is B-5936, is a nine month old Airbus A330-200 operated by China Eastern Airlines. She is powered by two Rolls Royce RR Trent 772C-60 engines. It is seen here powering up for her trip back home.

HZ-AKM is a 16 year old Boeing 777-200ER operating for Saudi Arabian Airlines. It is powered by two General Electric GE90-92B engines. It is seen here after push back, powering up for it’s flight back to the Middle East.

G-VIIA is a 18 year old Boeing 777-200ER of British Airways. It is powered by two General Electric GE GE90-85B engines. VIIA is part of the original order British Airways order of 777’s which were equipped with the General Electric engines. The subsequent 777’s of British Airways registered in the G-YMM series are equipped with Rolls Royce trent engines.

Last up in this part is B-LBC, a 11 month old Airbus A330-300 of Cathay Pacific Airlines. It is powered by two Rolls Royce RR Trent 772B-60 engines. Seen here after loading, preparing to leave the gate.

    It is a commendable job that you guys are doing to update us on the latest News of the Airline Industry.

    Would request you to come out with a similar Picture Gallery of the Bangalore Airport’s tarmac.

    Would love to see Lufthansa’s B747-8, Air France’s A330, Dragon Air’s A330, Thai’s B777, BA’s B777, Saudi Arabian A330, Emirates B777, Singapore’s B777 etc.

    Why not try for the mumbai airport terminal 2 or the airports in Bangalore and Hyderabad?event that would be awesome…hatsoff for the photos!
